Dodecyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride 1227 (Benzalkonium chloride)

When used as biocide, the benzalkonium chloride is commonly used in a dosage of 50-100mg/L. But when used as sludge remover, the amount should be 200-300mg/L, and silicone-based defoamer can be added if necessary. It can be used with other fungicides, such as isothiazolinones, glutaraldehyde, and methane dithiocyanate to achieve synergistic effect. It cannot be used with chlorophenols and anionic surfactants, such as polyacrylic acid and HPMA.
